Namenda Folder – Physicians information kit

This project presented many challenges for automation. There was a two step inserted piece that required a final tip on operation as well as a CD to be inserted into a glued pocket. Due to involvement in the design phases we were able to create piece that finished completely automated and met all the customers’ requirements. The video shows how the pieces assembled.

Chantix – Starter kit # 2 | Quantity: 5,000,000

Start the design with the end in mind! This starter kit has three inserts, a plastic coupon card and a folder. The inserts include a rebate form, PI and a four page brochure with a second plastic card on the inside and a pi tipped onto the back cover. The finished design allowed for automation of the entire process. The assembly is on the video.

Viagara – Promo kit | Quantity: 300,000

This project required many elements of our finishing areas. Die-cutting, gluing, inserting, tip-on, stitch and trim. A portfolio style cover with two inserts in the pocket and an attached plastic card that required 8 pages of text stitched into it. Oh, and the book size required a two up layout. This video shows the fully automated process for this book.
